The County of Santa Clara is requesting quotations from prospective suppliers to
provide and deliver INDIVIDUAL CONDIMENT PACKETS (CREAMY PEANUT
BUTTER, MIXED FRUIT JELLY & MAPLE FLAVORED SYRUP) as specified in this
Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The County has included the minimum specifications in this bid. The County will
consider products that are equal or better than the specifications and/or referenced
product name/brand and product item listed, by bidder specifying the following
information in the appropriate fields of the RFQ:
- Offered Product Name/Brand
- Offered Product/Item #
A) THIS IS AN ALL OR NONE BID. VENDORS MUST BID ON ALL LINE ITEMS
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN AWARD.

All Line Items in this RFQ have deliveries scheduled on an as needed basis
between 6/29/15 and 3/1/2016.

C) Shipment Details:
All Line Items in this RFQ have deliveries scheduled in 7 to 10 shipments.
*See specific Line Items for details on each product.
D) PRICING SHALL INCLUDE ALL COSTS, EXCLUDING SALES TAX WHICH
COUNTY WILL CALCULATE UPON AWARD, IF APPLICABLE.
Bid Comments: E) Deliveries shall be FOB destination, freight prepaid and allowed.
F) County will not accept minimum order requirements.
G) County will not be responsible for payment of any deliveries made in excess of
what is stated in the PO.
H) County reserves the right to purchase additional quantities at the awarded price
for the term specified above.
The County determined the additional quantities to be minimal and to not exceed
10% of the total order.
I) County may request samples and/or product specification sheets from the lowest
responsible and responsive bidder to determine if the offered product meets or
exceeds the bid requirements.
If samples and/or product specification sheets are required, bidder must provide
such request within three (3) business days upon County's request, at no cost to
the County. Delivery address will be provided at time of request. Samples and/or
specification sheets will not be returned to the bidder.
