EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SKID-MOUNTED TRANSPORTABLE STEELFABRICATED BULK LIQUID STORAGE TANKS & PORTABLE INDEPENDENT DIESEL-POWERED LIQUID TRANSFER PUMPS Cairn Lanka Private Ltd. (“CLPL”) is the Operator of the Offshore SL-2007-01-001 Contract Area. The Contract Area lies in the Gulf Mannar in deep water, just off the NW coast of Sri Lanka. CLPL has just completed Phase I of exploration drilling activities. Second Phase for the drilling activities is scheduled to commence in Q4/2012 - Q1/2013. CLPL seeks expression of interest (EOI) from suitably experienced suppliers for Procurement of SkidMounted Transportable, Steel-Fabricated, Bulk Liquid Storage tanks and Portable Diesel powered liquid transfer pumps for the work which broadly encompasses the following: Storage Tanks will be of approx (40’ x 8’ x 8.5’) dimensions approx 73 M3 operating capacity and capable of holding homogenous viscous liquids of up to 1.5 SG. Storage tanks will be skid-mounted and truck transportable, when empty, for road movement between various land-based locations. Storage tanks will have basic in-out pipe-work and valves. Portable independent diesel-powered liquid transfer pumps will be for transferring liquids to-from storage tanks. With this EOI, CLPL intends to short list names of experienced Suppliers to invite for the tender for the Procurement of Steel Fabricated Storage tanks for bulk liquid and ancillary pumps The company shall have proven experience in similar supplies, and shall have sufficient personnel, equipment, management and organisational processes to conduct the works. The company shall be able to demonstrate full understanding of Sri Lanka and internationally accepted Health, Safety and Environmental practices, procedures and policies. Only companies who can comply with these requirements and demonstrate a successful track record, listing projects, clients and client contacts whom may be approached, should respond to this notice. Interested companies are requested to submit the following documents and details: Lists of similar work successfully executed in the last three years and projects currently under execution. Details of similar work conducted in Indian sub continent. Personnel details including bio-data of key personnel. Equipment listings and vessel availability details. Company and management structure together with logistic support details. Lists of policies, procedures and quality assurance practices currently in place for the execution of similar work. Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and statistics covering the last 4 years. Audited Corporate financial details for the preceding 3 Financial Years. Details of legal / court rulings against your company, if any in last 5 years Interested Suppliers who can fulfil all of the specifics listed above should submit their response including the details and references stated above, within 10 days of publication of this notice.
