Overview
Recently, worldwide, people began to choose the useful and natural
products. Many scientists have approved the incredible impact of the
products made with the flax and hemp seeds on the human health. There is
about 600 hectares in Hlukhiv district that are used for the flax and hemp
plant. This is what prompted us (Desnaland company) to develop and
implement the project of the food products from the flax and hemp. At
present there is the small production here, but the popularity of our
products has greatly increased, that requires the production amplification.
This requires the hemp plant construction.
The hemp and flax oil, hemp and flax flour, fiber, hemp protein will be
produced on the plant.
The products will be delivered to specialized health food stores, shops of the
trading network, phyto-pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Poland
and France are interested in these products. So we wait for the export.

Details
For the project implementation we need the building reconstruction, the
more powerful equipment purchase, such as: oil-press, flour mill, bottling
line; the raw materials, packaging materials and good advertising.

The plant is located in Hlukhiv, which is the regional centre The distance
between Hlukhiv and the regional centre is 150 km.

Project considerations
The land plot is almost fenced. There are the dilapidated buildings, new
checkpoint (for security) there. The preparatory work of the plant
reconstruction was done.

In the assets there are the building for the factory which needs the
reconstruction, checkpoint, the building for the warehouse (unfinished).

The quantity of the human resources is enough, special education is not
need. 7 workers are needed for the factory functioning.

Electricity and water supply are at the plant. The production doesn't need
gas. The municipal sewage is 10m from the plant.

At present, the Desnaland company manufactures the products with the
flax and hemp seed, which sells in Ukraine. The company has the website,
that advertises and sells products. We participate in the Ukrainian
exhibitions and fairs, so our products are known for many people.
The building and launching of the hemp plant provide the net profit to the
production within a year.
