they both describe how the Soviet Union was in crisis and the citizens
demanding to lower the prices and they are demanding more food.

I think he does not believe the government is responsible for the
country’s problems because he is blaming the people because the
people don’t follow the directions.

I do think that he was biased about the Soviet system because
he thought the government was bad and then when he went
there he saw that the government was trying to help and that
they’re not that bad.
