SSF obtains possession. Notice must be made by certified mail, return receipt, if possession was before January 1, 2012. Notice of Claim: SSF notifies tenant by verified mail (or email if an email is provided in written rental/lease agreement). The public sale may occur on, or after, the later of the following: • 31st day after the Notice to Owner(s) and Lienholder(s) was mailed; • 15th day after the Notice of Sale was published (or 11th day if made by posting). Purchaser files title application with county tax assessor-collector.
