The statistical data
Montenegro has one of the
highest unemployment rates
among young people under 25.
The waiting process can take
place for years, making future
workers unskilled and
inexperienced and harden their
chances of getting a job.
We found that the main causes
of youth unemployment in the
country are:
1) Inexperience of workforce
2) Lack of ambition.
So how does it work?

We planned to organize an agency that
acts as intermediary / exchange market
between the ideas for new businesses /
products that young people create or
invent, and investors and those who would
find new ideas necessary and useful for the
performance of their business.

New ideas are necessary and essential for
the survival of the companies, and they
must be generated constantly.

Simplifying the complicated relationship
between the two parties increases the
employment chance and job opportunities.
The exchange market of ideas
There have been made some bad
attempts, but they give small to none
real effect.
Our market would be constantly
engaged in the search for new ideas and
entrepreneurs securing the necessary
resources and contacts, and offer to
young entrepreneurs a possibility and
chance to participate in the
implementation of their ideas as well.
We will also offer consulting and
assistance in the trading process
between parties, and if we find
necessary, in the realization process.
Feasibility
Our project is feasible
because there is clear
necessity for this kind of
project in our country, and
we already know some
people that could help us
make the technical section
of our project work perfectly.
The companies in our region
are searching for this kind of
opportunity, because they need
new ideas to keep their pace
with the competition.
