Dear Parents and Carers
Thank you very much for your quick responses to my previous letter regarding the possible
Year 6 trip to the Imperial War Museum on Monday, 5th October.
All responses were positive and we have now confirmed the trip with the coach company and
the Imperial War Museum.
The total cost for this trip will be £17.80 and we would ask you to pay this amount using
ParentPay. Please ensure you choose the correct payment item when paying for this trip – a tab
will appear in your child’s account called “Imperial War Museum” - please click on this tab and
make your payment into this payment item.
If your child usually has a school lunch, the school will provide a school packed lunch for this
trip. If you wish to provide your own packed lunch, a week’s notice will be required - please
ensure you tick the slip below as appropriate.
We will be leaving school at 9.30am and hope to return by 3.30pm (traffic permitting).
Please sign the slip below and return to school by the 28th September 2015.
