The Recreation Assistant qualification encompasses seven further education modules with a
total amount of 196 teaching hours. The courses took place between September 2011 and
April 2012. Additionally there was an independent study component consisting of at least
200 hours.

Mr./Ms. Tina Mustermann has participated in the international modules in Germany,
Hungary and Slovenia.
The vocational certificate "Recreation Assistant" was developed by an international network and has been
tested in the years 2011 and 2012 together with project partners in Germany, Hungary and Slovenia. The
project is funded by the European Commission – Lifelong Learning Programme Leonardo da Vinci / transfer of
Innovation and the "Metropolregion Bremen-Oldenburg".
