Designation: Delivery Manager II - Asset Management Location: Bangalore Job Description: Leads and manages Company’s IT Asset Management service delivery personnel responsible for the delivery of contracted IT Asset Management (ITAM) services to customers and meeting financial commitments to include: Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational ITAM objectives of the group. The ability to work US business hours. Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce. Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Responsible for the delivery of ITAM service commitments to customers & financial commitments Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs committed within the approved deal model. Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations. Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation. Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience. The Successful candidate will have 10+ years of ITAM experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A mix of both Hardware Asset Management(HAM) and Software Asset Management(SAM) 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience Excellent verbal and written English language skills ITIL v3 foundation certification IAITAM or equivalent certification a plus The ability to work with and lead diverse global teams Direct experience with creating or managing new service offers or teams, especially in the Asset Management arena. Demonstrated experience with U.S. based HAM and SAM legal and regulatory requirements Demonstrated experience in complex strategic planning and problem solving Excellent communications skills for both internal and customer facing communications.
