• 2nd and further participants - 100 Euro per person
Delegates from other countries:
• 1 delegate from company- 200 Euro per person
• 2 and more delegates from company - 10% discount
• Participants of previous events - 10% discount
• Discounts are not cumulated!
Cancelation policy:
• Cancellation in 31-60 days - 100% of registration fee will be refunded
• Cancellation in 15-30 days- 50% of registration fee will be refunded
• Cancellation in 1-15 days- registration fee is non-refundable

If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, the organizer will refund 100%
of registration fee.
If the participation is cancelled by delegate, the organizer does not refund
travel and accommodation expenses.
Before the registration fee is paid, the organizer does not have any obligations

All tourists who are travelling to Russia must obtain a Russian visa, with the exception for
those residents whose countries have visa-free regime with Russia.
