The OTE Associate Program is a 12-month program comprised of
classroom and on-the-job training. It is designed to enhance the
individual's knowledge of the financial services industry, Wachovia, and the
Operations, Technology and eCommerce division.

Designed to attract the brightest candidates from Colleges and
Universities.
•
Nurtures and refines the talents of OTE Associates to produce
Wachovia’s future leaders.

Provides the Associates with the necessary orientation, tools and
business skills in preparation for moving into positions within the division.

• The OTE College Internship Programs is an 10 - 12 week program that
provides college students with supervised practical work experience and
exposure that is directly related to their education and career goals
