Notice for the formation of the list valid for the allocation of leased housing of Edilizia
Residenziale Pubblica from 30th December 2016 to 30th april 2017.
The joint circular of the Ministry of Public Administration and simplification and the Interior
Ministry provides that the foreign citizens may certificate only self conditions, facts and
personal qualities certified and attested by public or private italians.
So you can not self-certify to have no real property to your origin country.
The foreign citizen must have to be issued by the land registry of their country of origin,
certified as being owned or not houses and lands on the state territory of origin, legalized
by translated into Italian from accredited interpreter with stamp "for certified translation"
and the Italian diplomatic-consular representatives in their region.
Are eligible certifications valid, not earlier than six months from the date of issue.
If it will be verified inconsistency or lack in the declaration related to the possession of real
estate owned in the country of origin the demand for the allocation of accommodation
ERP can not be accepted.
It also announced that during the allocation will need to be in possession of the
certification valid for each the older member of the family. In this case the certification
must be produced within 30 days from the date on which it is summoned for a housing
availability.
Who have already applied for a home in the previous ERP calls can already proceed with
the delivery of the communication submitting the document directly to the protocol office.
In case of absence of these statements it will not be possible to proceed with the
assignment as such requirement, that is considered among the subjective requirements to
own the application date, as established by the regional regulation n.1/2004 in the art. 8
"general criteria for the allocation and management of residential buildings".
