A site plan showing the location and dimensions of the proposed construction shall accompany this
application. The site plan will include the dimensions of the structure and location on the lot with
reference to the lot lines. Dimensions will also be needed with reference to other structures on the lot.
Designate streets, alleys and direction lot faces. Applicant is responsible for contacting and obtaining
clearance from all utilities by call Iowa One Call at 1-800-292-8989.
Building materials and any debris from construction must be covered or secured to keep from blowing
and littering neighboring properties.

If so, I understand that there is to be no obstruction or building on an easement without the consent of
the Planning & Zoning Commission. I understand that there shall be no plantings of any kind in the
easements. Is any such plantings occur and it is necessary to dig them up, no compensation will be
given.

New Construction
A fee is required for electric, water and sewer connection, you will need to check with the
Water/Wastewater and Electric Superintendent as to the type of materials and connections that need
made prior to beginning any work. When electric, water and sewer lines are installed for new building
or an addition they shall be inspected by the Water/Wastewater and Electric Superintendent before any
fill is replaced or cement is put in place.
