Waldon will oversee finance, investor relations, administration and human resources at RedBrick Health. Gunderson will direct sales, business development, client services and program delivery. “Savvy employers know that every dollar spent on health promotion efforts can reduce medical costs by more than three dollars and lower absenteeism costs by nearly the same amount,” said Kyle Rolfing, chief executive officer for RedBrick Health. “Using RedBrick’s Health Earnings System to deploy integrated and highly engaging health management initiatives, our own clients have lowered their total projected health care costs up to five percent. “Gregg and Glen’s expertise will be critical as we help current and prospective clients and partners reap this tangible ROI, and, more broadly, drive responsible behavior change and financial alignment in health care between employer and employees.” The Waldon and Gunderson hires come on the heels of recent RedBrick Health announcements that include the signing of six new Health Earnings System customers and launch of a next-generation interactive health assessment, which is drawing widespread praise from clients and employees.
