Allocated 5 main gradations in levels of
environmental pollution: a valid (number 1),
moderate (number 2), strong (number 3), very

(number 5). Accordingly, in these territories
severity of the observed pollution is estimated

dangerous and extremely dangerous.
Depending on the set of ecological and hygienic situation

The principle of hygienic assessment of the degree of air
pollution based on the danger of pollution on public health;
a comprehensive assessment of the aggregate of chemical
and biological air pollution settlements, taking into account

To assess the extent of the total chemical air pollution is
recommended to use the following indicators: a
comprehensive integrated indicator of "P" or the air
pollution index (API), which is estimated between 5 and 25
points, and the potential of air pollution - SHA (OT 3 to 15
points).

atmosphere (SHA) is determined on the basis of the
analysis of recurrence combinations of meteorological
characteristics, causing dispersion, dilution and absorption
of impurities (dirt) in the air basin: inversions, calm, fog,
rain, wind speeds. Data on the value of SHA is available at
all meteorological stations of the regions, in the Annual
Bulletin Goskomgidromet.
Most important is hygienic 10th indicator which
indicates the degree of exceeding the TLV for harmful
substances in the water reservoirs. Of particular
importance is the figure for the chemicals, normalized
by the sanitary and toxicological limiting health
hazard indicator. You can define it on the list of MAC
of hazardous substances in water reservoirs sanitary
and domestic water use. Therefore, this figure is a high
degree of relevance - 5 to 25 points.
Integrated hygienic assessment of areas in order to
further their hygienic zoning is impossible without
the use of indicators characterizing the state of
health of the population; and the health of the
population is considered as a complex concept that
includes conventional indicators such as the overall
incidence of adult and child population, diseases
with temporary disability, disability, general and
infant mortality.




Assessment is based on the dynamics of indicators
over the last 3 years. Demographic and other
