The Predator Preventer solar lamp uses the most advanced automatic
induction system, adopts solar power technology, LED lighting and
waterproof technology, provides three tier protection, keeps wild animals
from moving close and drives them away.
The Predator Preventer acts as a defense system to help protect pets,
livestock, gardens (vegetable and flower), property and people from wild

electrical wiring and with its two mounted brackets on back or via the top it

1. Switch: Full Auto - Night Auto ON - OFF
Full Auto mode: Once the switch is turned on, the "Warm up" period will
begin. The red lights will flash for 1 minute, then buzzer will activate and
LED spotlight will turn on for 3 seconds. This will show the product has
powered on properly.
Once activated, the red eyes will turn on automatically every evening
and the system will be armed. During the day once there is enough light,
the lights will shut off and the system will start to charge.
During the day the motion sensors will remain active. If a predator enters
the protected zone for more than 5 seconds the ear piercing noise will
activate and allow for 24hour protection from predators.
=Due to the extensive travel time the battery may need charging prior to
activation.
Night Auto mode: When the on switch is hit for a second time, the red
eyes will turn on automatically every evening and the
system will be armed. Once the sensors determine it
is light enough the system will turn off and start
charging. There will be no daytime protection in this
mode.

ON: When the on switch is hit for a third time, the LED spotlight will be
activated and will constantly stay on. The product is not armed but
can be used for a flashlight or spotlight when needed.
OFF: When the on switch is hit for a fourth time The Predator Preventer
will power off.
2. Eyes: Two high-powered red LED lights will flash simultaneously acting
as if a larger predator is there and warning other predators not to
approach.
3. LED Spotlight: The second stage of defense is the LED spotlight. The
spotlight consists of three extremely bright and highpowered LED's to stop, and deter predators who may
be approaching.
4. Sensor:
In automatic mode, when a predator
enters the protected zone the sensor will
activate based on what stage the predator
is in.

5. Buzzer:
The Buzzer is the third stage of protection and activates when a predator
has not left the protected zone within 5 seconds. This sound is ear
piercing to animals and deters them away from the protected area.
6. Mounting:
The rear mount can be mounted almost anywhere
with 2 screws (not provided). It can also be
rotated 90O to help better protect your property.
7. Handle:
As a hanging hook, The Predator Preventer can
easily be mounted anywhere and can become
"Mobile" for camping trips or multiple use projects.

8. Solar Panel:
The Solar panel should be placed in an area with most sun in order to
achieve full charge during the course of a day. It has a bracket that can
be adjusted 360 O. Some assembly required.
The 10 foot cable allows for plenty of room to locate sunlight . Longer
cable sold separately.

How it works:
Auto: Once the switch is turned on, the "Warm up" period will begin. The
red lights will flash for 1 minute, then buzzer will activate and LED
spotlight will turn on for 3 seconds. This will show The Predator
Preventer has powered on properly.
Once activated the red eyes will turn on automatically and the product is
armed. The "Three Tier Protection" system is ready to work.
Note:
Hitting the on switch once activates 24 hour protection.
Hitting the on switch twice activates night only protection.
Hitting the on switch three times activates the spot light.
Hitting the on switch four times turns the product off.
During the day:
Though most predators come out only during the dusk to dawn time frame,
there are still plenty of reasons to worry about the occasional daytime
predators, such as foxes, hawks and woodchucks just to name a few.
These predators can be a nuisance and cause just as much damage as any
predator would at night. For this reason, we have also created a (Day Time)
tier of protection.
During the day while the rest of the system is charging, the two main
sensors will stay active. These sensors will be able to locate predators up
to 35 feet and 170 degrees around The Predator Preventer. If a predator
comes in that range and stays there for more than 5 seconds an ear
piercing sound will activate. When the animal retreats the system will
automatically reset and return to monitoring the area.
This added layer of protection helps to ensure that your property stays
predator free.
During the night:
Tier 1 Protection: The red flashing lights will turn on automatically from
dusk to dawn. The red eyes act as a prevention device
to deter predators from entering the protected area by
making the predators assume there is another larger
predator already in the protected area. These "eyes"
can be seen by other animals up to a quarter mile away.
Tier 2 Protection: If tier 1 fails to deter and a predator comes within 35 feet

of your protected area the sensor will activate a
high-powered blinding light that is designed to
startle and blind night predators. If tier 2 is
successful and the predator leaves the protected
area within 5 seconds the system will reset and
continue to monitor the property.
Tier 3 Protection: Upon activation of tier 2, a timer is activated. If the
predator does not leave the censored area within 5
seconds, an ear piercing sound is activated. This
sound is extremely loud to predators and is a safe,
but effective way to keep them away from the
protected area. Upon the predator leaving the
protected area the system will reset and continue
to work throughout the night.
When the battery is fully charged (5V), the system can run for 72
hours straight. No recharge necessary.
When battery voltage drops below 3.5V, the red lights will alert (flash
every 2 seconds), and the speed of flash will reduce until the voltage
drops lower than 3.2V. At that time the system will automatically shut
down to protect the software.
Indicating An Error: The red eyes will flash fast, meaning the system
has detected an error. Turn the system off and
back on again to reset.
If alarm is activated 3 times within 2 minutes, the system will detect an
error and will automatically turn off until the motion is gone. With the
motion gone the system will turn back on automatically.

Spot Light: The Predator Preventer has a built-in dual purpose.
When a light is needed in the protected area The
Predator Preventer can act as a high-powered
spot/night light.
How To Use Spot Light: Upon full activation of the product, hit the
"On Switch" again. The high-powered
LED's will activate and stay on until the
product is turned off. These LED's make
for a great night light or spot light area and
can become portable.
Positioning: The Predator Preventer can be positioned to protect
your property from multiple predators small or large,

slow or fast, and even flying predators. The Predator
Preventer's large sensor range and unique angled mounting
system makes it easy to prevent all types of predators with
just one unit.
We do recommend for best results to have two units mounted on a 4"x4"
pressure treated post in the center of your "protected area" This will give
you approximately 360 degree protected area. This "Group Mounting" is
great for securing a pre-determined area with the most effective amount of
units.
For larger protected areas, we recommend placing the products along the
perimeter of the property approximately 100' apart. This will help to create
a barrier of protection along the property and ensure no matter where the
predator tries to enter the property it will be seen by The Predator
Preventer.
