Seriously, this site rocks. Although it is a bit older, Kristine Wood
does a fantastic job of documenting her journey through the studying
maze. She outlines her schedule, posts problems, and has a great
sense of humor.
You would be hard pressed to find a better, free, website that
covers someones entire journey from start to finish. It is a great
resources and everyone should thank her for putting it out there.

Texas A&M will take you through a complete review course if you
feel you need a good refresher. You can download the courses and
watch them on your mobile device in MP4 format. There are also
handouts for each lecture.
If you need a good review course before jumping into problems then
this is the place. It's an oldie but a goody.

I have found this site to be very helpful, especially if you are going
into the construction depth exam. And while there is a price for a
practice exam and study guides, there is plenty here for free.
You have at your disposal a great construction forum, free
downloads on specific subject material for the breadth and
construction depth exam, great linked resources, and much more!

This is another good site that outlines the journey of an
engineer's studying journey. It might not have as many free
resources as some other sites but what it does it does well.
Under the breadth tab you can see each breadth subject with
great explanations on those topics.

departments, and then search for civil and environmental
engineering, but I thought I would give you the direct link and save
you some time.
This place has a ton to offer. If you have the time, this the place to
get a great review of courses you might be struggling with or need a
major refresher in. MIT offers courses on Project Management,
Materials, Structures, Soil Mechanics, and much, much more.
