As per conditions laid down by the Producers/Copyright holders of the training products
(Video/CD-ROM/Software, etc) distributed by us, the following copyright declaration
(undertaking) has to be given by all customers acquiring the said training products.
(This Declaration should be reproduced on the acquiring
Company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized officer)
COPYRIGHT DECLARATION
The training products (Video/CD-ROM/Software, etc) listed below, acquired by us from
Multi Media HRD Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai (MMHRD) have been obtained by us on the specific
understanding that:
1. We acknowledge that the said training products are protected by International and Indian
Copyright Laws.
2. No copyright in the said products is passed on to us and that all rights therein are expressly
reserved by Multi Media HRD Pvt Ltd and/or the Producers concerned.
3. The training products (Video/ VCD/DVD/CD-Rom/ Software, etc) have been supplied to us
only for use within our organisation and that the same will not be:
a. Loaned, rented, sold or sub-licensed to anyone;
b. Altered, copied, duplicated or reproduced in any manner in whole or in part;
c. Shown at events for which a charge is made to viewers;
d. Transmitted by cable or satellite or otherwise on any multi-receiver or open or
closed-circuit system or by means of network or electronic transmission, without our
written consent;
e. Displayed to the purchaser’s clients or customers unless a copy thereof has been acquired
from MMHRD by each such client or customer;
f. That the computer software (CD-ROM/CBT/etc) is acquired on the explicit understanding
that the same is supplied on a Single User License basis and not on a Site License basis and
that the same cannot be used on a Network.
