This company is a famous Korean Food Enterprise. Their main business field include Milling and
Bakery products.
Application: Determination of reducing sugar in potato powder
The NIRMaster is used to determine the reducing sugars in dried potato powder. A staff of
several people is needed to perform just 6 samples measurements per day, using the reference
analytical methods. Thanks to the quick non-destructive measurement mode, the total analysis
time can be shortened: by NIRS, dozens of samples are measured in the same time. In addition,
there is no waste pollutants production at all.
