Contract Psychologist – Melton
Freedom Psychology is a private practice providing psychological services to adults, adolescents and
children with a variety of presenting issues. Freedom Psychology has offices in Eltham, Kensington
and Melton.
A position has now become available in our Eltham office. The successful candidate will provide
counselling (and where appropriate assessments) to clients and will be required to perform some
administrative tasks. Initially we are looking to fill one day per week, however there will be
opportunity to increase this as the practice continues to grow.
We are looking for:
 Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with full registration
 Experience working with a range of clients in age and presenting issues.
 High levels of motivation, passion and professionalism and the ability to work autonomously and
as part of a team
 12 months post-qualification experience
The successful candidate will need to have:
 Full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
 An ABN (or the ability to gain one).
 Personal indemnity insurance (or the ability to gain it).
 Medicare provider status (or eligibility).
 A current working with Children Check and police check (or ability to gain them).
