Roscom is pleased to announce a price DECREASE on our PVC. Plasticizer is the driving force in
this reduction, as conditions in the PVC marketplace continue to spiral downward due to a lack of
global demand. Orthoxylene, which is a major component for Phthalic Anhydride is seeing a
decline. Propylene has dropped, which is the driver on the DINP alcohol and similarly ethylene has
dropped, which is the major component driving 2-EH the DOP alcohol. Oil is also driving the
current price decrease along with a slow economy. The EU economy is extremely slow and
therefore affecting global pricing.
Roscom is dedicated to providing our customers with the finest PVC compound and quality service
at a competitive price. Should we see an opportunity to adjust pricing further we will do so
immediately.
