AWARD OF CONTRACT DECISION
REFERENCE AND TITLE OF THE CONTRACT ………………………………………..
HAVING REGARD TO:
Articles 62.3 and 64.1 (add “and 65” in the event of non-award of the contract) of the
Financial Regulation of 24 October 2006 applicable to the budget of the European Schools
(FR).
Article 88.3 of the Rules for Implementing the Financial Regulation applicable to the budget of
the European Schools (IR).
The award of contract evaluation report of DD/MM/YYYY.
WHEREAS:
An evaluation committee was appointed to evaluate the tenders and the requests to participate
and to propose to whom the contract should be awarded, in accordance with the provisions of
Article 62.3 of the FR and of Article 87 of the IR.
The evaluation committee (delete the term “evaluation committee” and use, the Administrator
Bursar in case he/she made the valuation) drew up a written record of the evaluation,
appearing in the attached report, in accordance with the provisions of Article 64.of the FR and
of Article 88.1 and 88.2 of the IR.
The attached award report contains the information required in accordance with the provisions
of Article 88.3 of the IR.
THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY DECIDES:
