HOW GOOD CAN YOU GET DOING IT RIGHT?

It’s not just about performance
Even if you are performing well, are you treating your body well?
Are there performance-detracting behaviors/habits?
To optimize your physical, mental and nutritional well being do you:
1)
Say something positive about yourself daily
2)
Eat Breakfast daily?
3)
Eat more than once a day?
4)
Hydrate well : before, during and post exercise
5)
Listen to your body- what it craves, when it is hungry, when it is full, when it
needs to rest
6)
Have GOOD attitudes about food
7)
Include energy-boosting foods in your diet
8)
Include a mix of foods every time you eat, or at least some carbs, some
protein and some fat
9)
Eliminate or limit foods ONLY because you don’t like them OR you are
trying to manage your weight
10)
Train your guts as hard as you train your muscles?
