Exhibition Administration Charge
There will be a charge of £200 + VAT for each exhibition space.
Exhibition Space
Exhibitors will be situated in the Strathclyde Suite next to the New Auditorium where networking, coffee
and lunch breaks, and the post event drinks reception, will all take place.
CENSIS is looking for exhibitors who will bring products to their stand and demonstrate how their
technology fits in to the conference theme of ‘innovation, transformation and value creation in sensor
and imaging systems’. Priority will be given to sensor technology companies with products to
demonstrate and university research groups with near-to-market technologies to showcase.
Exhibition space comprises:







One table (6 feet x 2 feet) with tablecloth and two chairs
Single power socket
WiFi (designed for general internet use and browsing)
Space for maximum two pop up banners (‘roller blind’ style) behind the table, to be supplied by
exhibitor (please note: poster boards will not be available)
Listed as exhibitor in event programme with company logo, website, Twitter handle and
abstract.
Listed as exhibitor on Technology Summit event page on CENSIS website.
Listed as exhibitor in email marketing associated with the event.

Access and Timing
Exhibitors will have access to the venue for set up on 1 November between 5:00-7:00pm and from
8.00am on 2 November. Technology Summit opens at 9.00am. The event ends at 5.00pm with a drinks
reception. Stands may be taken down from 5:00pm on 2 November.
