• Seeking sustainable new markets – e.g. using MOOCs to attract
potential learners, offering flexible programs, seeking to attract
”new” to post-secondary students
• Seeking to reimagine their business processes - e.g. Kentucky’s
modular, stackable short courses, which carry partial credit,
work-based learning credits, new approaches to competencybased learning
• Seeking to rethink the role of faculty - shifting from sage on the
