All the parties are requested to be present 30 minutes before the time for their
presentation. Each company/party would be allotted 40 minutes for the presentation out
of which 20 minutes are for the presentation and 20 minutes for queries and answers.
The presentation is to be structured as per the criteria given in response to the queries
provided in the pre-bid meeting, which has been posted on the DDA’s website on April
13, 2006.

The Power Point Presentations are to be made in the Conference Hall at the
DDA Coordination Office for the Commonwealth Games at Siri Fort Sports Complex,
August Kranti Marg, New Delhi, 110 049. Laptop, Projector and screen would be
provided for the presentations. The parties making the presentation can bring along
their presentation in the form of a CD, or if they so desire can also bring their own laptops.

As required in the RFP document (para J 5 page 21) parties making the power
point presentation would also need to submit three hard copies of their presentation.
