Provide business advice and consultancy advice to clients; 2. Co-ordinate the delivery of consultancy work in partnership with programme delivery teams; 3. Prepare responses to opportunities to bid for contracts and act to secure new business; 4. Secure specific levels of business against a realistic agreed income target; 5. Evaluate successful and unsuccessful bids and apply learning in future applications; 6. Develop a bank of information for bids including examples of Centre work, statistics and appropriate case studies; 7. Identify and build links with relevant organisations with a view to working in partnership to win and deliver commercial contracts; 8. Contribute to the development of a clear and costed product offering and menu of services; 9. Contribute to the development of a business plan based on market research and product offering; 10. Work with the Centre’s marketing team to develop a suite of appropriate marketing materials to help promote the consultancy service. Wales Co-operative Centre Duties and Responsibilities 1. To work co-operatively with other staff and Wales Co-operative Centre programmes to promote the work of the Centre and facilitate achievement of the Vision; 2. To contribute to and represent the values of the Wales Co-operative Centre; 3. To promote and ensure safe working practices in line with Health and Safety requirements; 4. To adhere to all Wales Co-operative Centre policies and procedures; 5. To actively promote diversity within the Wales Co-operative Centre; 6. To play an active role in achieving excellence; 7. To maintain proper records of activity and produce reports as required; 8. To regularly attend and contribute to team meetings; 9.
