Bear Creek Ball Field Rental Policy
1.
Cost:
$100.00 per field
2.
Includes:
Number of fields ______ x $100.00 = __________ and their numbers ______________

Restrictions:
(A) Days of usage ___________________ to _________________
(B) ASA Sanctioned or another

On the day of contract signing a payment of $100.00 will need to be paid and the final amount paid two weeks
prior to event. Should your tournament not make, you will be charged a $50.00 non-refundable holding fee, if cancelled 30
or less days prior to event. Should your tournament be rained out, we will work with you to reschedule another tournament
or refund your money.
5.
Umpires must be paid and furnished by whomever is putting on the tournament.
6.
The following things will be made available at the following cost:: Mark the following you would like to use.
________A. Field Maintenance during the tournament to prepare fields after each game. Rate will be @
$_______________per hour. (Going rate of personnel at that time)
_________B. Park Manager to be at Park during Tournament anytime. Rate will be @
$_______________per hour..
_________C. 8 bags of field dry will be donated by the park if needed to get fields ready. Any more bags
used above the original 8 will be charged $______________per bag.
7.
Concession use:
(A) Bear Creek Sports Park personnel will man the stand during the
tournament
(B) No outside cooler
8.
Park personnel will prepare fields for play to begin the tournament and open breaker box for light control access.
9.
At the end of the tournament, Bear Creek Sports Park is responsible for:
(A) Picking up trash in all areas after the Tournament (Field Maintenance)
(B) Turning off all field lights (Park Manager or his appointee)
(C) Make sure the Park is secured after the Tournamnet (Park Manager or his appointee)

Failure to follow the above Instructions may void your use of fields in the future.
11.
Bear Creek Sports Park is a drug free, alcohol free, weapons free park. Violators are subject to arrest/fines.
Tournament directors are responsible for the behavior of teams/ individuals at the tournament.
I have read and agree to abide by the above policy. I understand that violation of the policy may void my use of the fields in
the future.
