A set of rules of the regulator is synthesized. Numerical-analytical procedure is used for this purpose. It is based on the joint application of finite-dimensional optimization methods for the determination of the conditional part of each of the rules as a logical expression of temporal logic and on sufficient optimality conditions for the analytical procedure of searching for each of time intervals of the control law with full feedback. Fedotov Samara State Technical University 244, Molodogvardeyskaya st., Samara, 443100 Calculation and quantitative evaluation of thermal conductivity and surface medium integral temperatures of multi-layer composite SHS pressed cathodes for deposition of vacuum-arc coatings were presented. Thermal conductivity of multilayer SHS cathode in TiC0,5-Al and TiC0,5-Al-Si systems is more than thermal conductivity of titanium cathode. However, due to the higher current of the arc temperature of SHS cathodes is approximately equal to the temperature of titanium cathode. It was found that the main factor determining the content of micro droplets phase of vacuum arc coatings is the fusion temperature of the evaporated cathode material. When the support is not absolutely fastened within the moving border energy exchange occurs. This leads to complexity in record boundary conditions. To formulate the task the variational principle of Hamilton is used. The visco-elastic properties of material of the beam are taken into account. The task includes differential equation, initial conditions for a curved axis of the beam and for joined mass, boundary conditions. Note that the conditions on the moving border are written as ratios between function and its derivatives on the left and right sides of the border. Chebotarevsky Contact problem for strain-stress analysis of continuum “indenter – deformable medium” is formulated with consideration of curvature of the deformed surfaces. Penalty method is employed to insert the constraints on contact surface directly into variational equation of motion. It allowed to conduct further strain-stress analysis by finding unconstrained minimum of corresponding functional using numerical methods. Variational motion equation is derived without specifying definite geometrical form of deformed contact interfaces, strain-displacement relations and constitutive equations for materials of bodies the continuum consists of. Revealed the thickness layer with compressive residual stress is 1 mm, the axial residual stress is 1.8 times higher than the county and to the surface of the slow-down stress by 20 %. Fatigue tests of notched specimens radius 3 mm after DFND roller have shown that the fatigue limit is increased in the case when the depth of cut is three times the thickness of a layer of compressive residual stress, and the quantitative relationship between the residual stress and endurance limit is well reflected using the criterion of average integral residual stresses. Discrete transfer functions of the closed electric drive for two values of the sampling time are found.
