a.m. PST in the Tournament area (Casino floor adjacent to Brand Lounge) for those who are unable to make Tournament Registration the

Tournament structure is an individual cumulative format. Each Participant’s two (2) scores will be totaled at the end of the Tournament to
determine his/her final score and Tournament Ranking.
“Standard Tournament Play” consists of two (2) rounds - Round 1, Round 2. Each round is comprised of an equal number of sessions per
round, depending upon the expected number of Tournament Participants. Participants will play in one (1) assigned session during each
round.
All Standard Tournament Play sessions are five (5) minutes each.
Each Participant (or through his/her designated Alternate (as defined below)) must play all rounds of Standard Tournament Play to be
considered eligible for a prize.
All Tournament events (including Standard Tournament Play) will take place in the Tournament area located on the casino floor adjacent
to Brand Lounge.
Each Participants must provide a valid photo I.D. and M life Rewards card at Tournament Registration to receive his or her session times
and Tournament Machine assignments for all rounds of Standard Tournament Play.
Participants may request that a Monte Carlo Casino Marketing Executive draw their Tournament Machine assignments on their behalf.
All session times are pre-assigned prior to the start of Tournament registration. A Participant will be assigned a session number during
Tournament registration and will play in that session for all rounds of Standard Tournament Play. Session assignments cannot be changed
unless extenuating circumstances arise. Only members of the Tournament staff, in their sole discretion, can determine if a situation is
“extenuating” enough to warrant a session assignment change.
During Tournament Registration, if a Participant, (or the designated Casino Marketing Executive) draws the same machine number for
multiple rounds he/she will have the option to redraw, but must do so at the time of the initial drawing.
In the event there are two (2) or more Participants drawing the same Tournament Machine for any given session, all Participants involved
in the duplicate drawing of the same Tournament Machine will be required to re-draw for the Tournament Machine assignment for the
session in question.
All Tournament Machine assignments will be recorded by the Tournament Staff on both the Tournament Registration Log and each
Participant’s personal Credential. The Credential must be displayed on each Participant’s assigned Tournament Machine for the duration
of each assigned session for identification purposes.
Tournament Play will begin promptly at the stated times and Participants must be on time for each assigned session of play.
Participants who miss an assigned session of play will not be guaranteed reassignment into another session. If reassignment is not
possible, the Participant will forfeit his/her score for the session of play missed and a zero (0) score will be issued.
Alternates:
• Participants may alternate their assigned sessions of play with a guest (an “Alternate”) who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age and
has a valid photo I.D.
• One (1) Alternate is allowed per registered Participant and Alternates may only be partnered with one (1) Participant.
• The Alternate must have the Participant’s Tournament credential displayed on the assigned Tournament Machine in order to play.
• An Alternate may NOT participate in all assigned sessions of Standard Tournament Play. The Registered Participant must complete at
least one (1) session of Standard Tournament Play.
• Participants and Alternates are not permitted to alternate once the assigned session has begun. The Participant or Alternate who starts
an assigned session of play must be the player to complete that assigned session of play.

All assigned sessions played by an Alternate are representative of the corresponding registered Participant, and as such the same rules
apply. Should the play of an Alternate result in a prize payout, the prize(s) will be paid only to the registered Participant, as per Rule
#24 below.
A complete session must be played on a single Tournament Machine, except in the case of a machine malfunction. One (1) single player,
Participant (or Alternate) must play the entire five (5) minute session.
Participants MUST stay at their assigned Tournament Machines when a given session ends until a scorekeeper has recorded the score for
the session. Each Participant MUST verify his/her score at the conclusion of each session of play by signing the score sheet. The
signature will indicate the score recorded for that Participant on his/her assigned Tournament Machine for that session is accurate. Full
signatures are required. Failure to sign the score sheet will disqualify the Participant’s score.
After signing for his/her Tournament score, each Participant must vacate the tournament area.
It is the Participant’s sole responsibility to keep a personal record of his/her own score if he/she should wish to do so. A Participant’s
personal record score sheet will not be considered valid for official Tournament scoring purposes.
Tournament Prize Structure is based on 200 participants and will be adjusted based on actual participation. Prizes for this Tournament are

All prize money awarded in FREEPLAY will be loaded onto the M life Rewards account of the winning Participant. All FREEPLAY prizes
awarded are redeemable at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino only. All FREEPLAY prizes will expire eighteen (18) months from the date the
FREEPLAY is loaded onto the winning Participant’s M life Rewards account.
In the event of a tie for any prize(s), such prizes(s) will be totaled together and divided equally among the Participants involved in the tie.
(I.e. If two (2) Participants tie for first place they will equally share the first and second place prizes.)
All prizes are non-transferable.
Each of the Tournament electronic gaming devices are identical “Wheel of Fortune™” machines set to Tournament mode, (“Tournament
Game(s)” or “Tournament Machine(s)”). Payout percentages are the same on all of the Tournament Games. No coins or tokens are
required to play. The Tournament Games do not pay out coins for jackpots, but accumulate point totals on the machine credit meter.
Tournament Play is a race against time by accumulating as many points as possible in the time allotted. Points add up every time a winning
combination is hit. If points are adding at the time the session ends, the machine will continue to add until all points for that combination
are scored.
In the event of a Tournament Machine malfunction (i.e. a machine tilt) or other technical issue (i.e. loss of power), the Participant must
alert a scorekeeper immediately and continue play, if possible, until a slot technician arrives. Tournament Machines have an individual
timer that will shut off upon the Tournament Machine being opened by a slot technician. The Tournament Machine memory will retain
points scored and the time remaining in the session. If the malfunction or technical issue cannot be corrected, or the points and the times
are not retained, the Participant will be moved to a vacant Tournament Machine and will complete a full five (5) minute session of play.
Should a Participant be moved to a vacant Tournament Machine, only the score on the reassigned Tournament Machine will be considered
as the final session score.
