Program Overview


The CHARM program was
developed to identify persons
with chronic hepatitis C infection and provide appropriate treatment with the goal of
achieving cure and enhancing
quality of life.
Services Offered

Hepatitis C specialty care
with experienced clinical
providers, including specialized treatment for persons co-infected with HIV

Linkage to care assistance

Liver elastography

CHARM Staff
The CHARM program is a dedicated
team of specialty clinicians and support staff, including: medical providers, registered nurses, rapid testers,
linkage to care workers, and specialized case managers.
