Unit 1
Since many skills and concepts in mathematics must be taught
in connection with other skills, the indicators have been
grouped together for each unit. The numbers of days given
with the unit is the time to teach all of the indicators for that
unit. Teachers may choose to change the teaching order of the
indicators in a unit; however, the order of the units or the
indicators in the units cannot be changed.
