ON PROCEDURAL MATTERS

During hearings, I have made several procedural rulings on the bench. In order
to assure that all participants are aware of these rulings, they are stated below.
RULING
1.
Responses to Valpak Direct Marketing Systems, Inc. and Valpak Dealers’
Association, Inc. Motion for Extension of Time to File Direct Testimony filed July
6, 2005, are due July 11, 2005.
2.
Transcript corrections for hearings to receive the Postal Service direct case are
due on or before July 18, 2005.

Answers to discovery requests received after the date for designation of written
cross-examination, and answers provided in response to questions during the
hearings, may be designated for incorporation into the evidentiary record on or
before July 19, 2005.
