The United States Postal Service hereby gives notice that it is filing a revised

2001, and revised on November 52001:

91 and 92. Where appropriate, changes are indicated by shading on
the designated pages.

with the revisions included, are being filed with the Commission, to supersede the
versions filed on November 52001.
