C.I.A. was established as a
professional association with
a clear cooperative aim. In the
original Articles of Partnership
it is stated: ”Moral obligation
of each of us is to produce
and spread out new and valid
ideas within the organizations
(requesting our services),
bearing in mind the
experiences made and
personal education.”
It was in 1967, a very early
time for such ideas but
Pierfranco Giraudi, Riccardo
Varvelli and Renato Comai
bravely decided to establish
what today would be one of
the reference player in the
managerial training world
and operational consultancy.
In 2005, after experience in
Quality System, Cromos and
Isvor Knowledge System,
Remo Bonichi, with a group
of senior partners highly
experienced in the core
competencies of CIA, in the
original spirit of valorization
and sharing of expertise,
decided to start up a revision
of CIA, creating a brand
structure and an organization
which led to the establishment
of CIA group.
