1. Read all of the spelling words to
someone. Write them each 3x.
2. Write the words in alphabetical
order
3. Rainbow words: Print the word in
pencil. Trace with two other colors.
4. Write sentences using the spelling
words
5. Spell words using a salt tray, shaving
cream, watercolors, finger paint.
6. Use the computer to type the words
7. Write the words with magnetic
letters or markers
8. Write the spelling word, write at
least 3 other words in that word
family. If the word has more than
one syllable, use the last syllable
9. Print the word. Mark the vowel
pattern. Write the word again.
10. Spell the words out loud to someone.
