Fundraising Options
Sub Sales
Option 1 (The Volunteer) – Purchase all sub ingredients from Dutch-Way and schedule a date for your group
to assemble and sell subs at the front entrance of our store or at another location. The price of the sub
ingredients will vary, but we do recommend a sale price up to $5.00 for maximum fundraising potential per sub.
Informational materials may be displayed at the discretion of the Store Manager to promote the fundraiser.
Option 2 (The Salesman) – Purchase fully assembled subs from Dutch-Way and schedule a date for your
group to sell subs at the front entrance of our store or at another location. Fully assembled subs cost $2.50 each
($3.00 for Italian and Roast Beef) and we recommend a sale price up to $5.00, with the potential to raise up to
$2.50 for each sub sold. Informational materials may be displayed at the discretion of the Store Manager to
promote the fundraiser.
Option 3 (The Pavement Pounder) – Purchase tickets in increments of 50. Tickets are redeemable for a sub at
the Dutch-Way Express at any time. Tickets will be printed with a 6-month expiration and will be personalized
with your group’s name on it. 25% of tickets purchased (up to 50 unsold tickets, maximum) may be returned
for a refund.
American, Turkey or Ham - Tickets will cost $2.50 each.
Italian & Roast Beef – Tickets will cost $3.00 each.
We recommend a sale price up to $5.00, with the potential to raise up to $2.50 for each ticket sold.
Ham Loaf Sales
Purchase 2.5lb. pans of Dutch-Way’s Own Oven-Ready Ham Loaf at $5.99 each. The pans will be prepared,
packaged and frozen at Dutch-Way. We suggest a sale price up to $7.99, with the potential to raise $2.00 for
each pan sold. Dutch-Way’s Oven-Ready Ham Loaf is well known in our area as a top quality product and
should make for an easy sale, and presents a great opportunity for fundraising available at Dutch-Way.
Chicken & Beef Pie Sales
Purchase Dutch-Way’s Homemade 8-inch Chicken and Beef Pies. We will package and freeze the pies for
pickup. The 8-inch Chicken Pie is $4.99, and the 8-inch Beef Pie is $5.99. We suggest adding $2.00 to each
pie sold for the fundraiser. Our Chicken & Beef Pies are growing in popularity at our stores and we expect
them to be a great way to raise funds with a superior quality product.
Soup Sales
Purchase Dutch-Way’s Homemade Soups by the quart. We will package and freeze the soups for pickup.
Contact us to discuss the soup varieties that we offer and decide what will work best for you. Soups will be
quoted upon request and can be sold at various prices to raise funds. Our soups are very popular in our stores
and again represent one of our superior quality products, made fresh for you!
