DRAW FRAME WITH TWO DELIVERY
Padmatex 720AL Draw Frame is a twin delivery, short term auto-leveling Draw Frame, where both the deliveries have
independent auto-leveling facility. It is an Open Loop auto-leveling system. In this system, process control mechanism has two
main functions; (1) Sensing, to identify the variations observed and (2) Correction, where the deviation is rectified by executing
desired corrections.
Sensing of variation is carried out by tongue and grooved rollers called Scanning Rollers placed behind drafting system,
between creel and drafting system. The grooved roller position is fixed and the tongue roller is mounted on a lever which swings,
depending on the sliver thickness. The lever is spring loaded to ensure proportionate movement depending on variation in the
sliver thickness.
A low voltage differential transformer (LVDT) is used to register mechanical signal generated by movement of Tongue Roller
and Voltage differential generated by the LVDT is used for increasing or decreasing the Servo Motor Speed. This in turn varies
the draft in he main zone making sliver thicker or thinner since independent Servo Motors drives 2nd and 3rd Roller individually.
Padmatex 720AL Draw Frame is supplied with 4 over 3 roller drafting system with presser bar for positive control of short
fibers which is most suitable for most of the spinning applications.
Standard Creel with two double rows for cans up to 600mm dia. supplied with machine. Also Super long Creel with two single
rows for cans up to 1000mm dia. can be supplied.
Auto-Can-Changing system can also be provided along with the machine on optional basis.
MAIN DRIVE WITH VFD CONTROL, SERVO DRIVES FOR AUTO-LEVELING
Padmatex 720AL Draw Frame has smooth start and VFD control main drive for optimum sliver regularity and constant basic
speed of the Main Motor. For Auto leveling there is a high precision Controller / Processer used, which give necessary signals to
two separate Servo Drives of each delivery.
ADVANCE AND SIMPLE SYSTEM FOR EASY OPERATION
Padmatex 720AL Draw Frame has two HMIs (Displays) at the top of control panel, for easy machine operation and fault
finding. By these Displays we can set and check the machine speed and autoleveler parameters. Machine stop motions and
faults are indicated in these displays, which makes the fault finding and trouble shooting very easy.
