NASHUA POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE Chief Andrew Lavoie For Immediate Release: April 7, 2017 Captain David Bailey Detective Bureau Commander Phone: (603) 594-3550 Fax: (603) 594-3616 Contact: Lieutenant Kevin Rourke Narcotics Intelligence Division Phone: (603) 594-3591 On April 6, 2017 members of the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit and Traffic Enforcement Unit conducted another operation as part of the Granite Hammer initiative where 8 individuals were arrested for drug-related crimes. These individuals were: Danny Sun, age 29, of 6A High Pine Ave in Nashua, was charged with three counts of Acts Prohibited, Sale of a Controlled Drug-Crack Cocaine, felony. Sun was held on $75,000 cash bail. George Cruz, age 28, of 79 Elm St #4, in Nashua, was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited, Sale of a Controlled Drug-Crack Cocaine, felony and one count of Possession Of Controlled Drug CrackCocaine with Intent to Distribute, felony. Cruz was held on $75,000 cash bail. Joshua Carter, age 39, of 6 ½ Tenth St Apt B in Nashua, was charged with two counts of Acts Prohibited, Sale of a Controlled Drug-Suboxone. Carter was held on $50,000 cash bail. Shawn St. Laurent, age 39, of 90 Lake St in Nashua, was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Crack Cocaine, felony, one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute-marijuana, felony and one count of Falsifying Physical Evidence, felony. St. Laurent was held on $40,000 cash bail. Samuel Bergholm, age 28, of 135 Cutter Rd, Temple, NH, was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Methamphetamine, felony. Bergholm was held on $20,000 cash or surety bail. Christopher Mulhare, age 27, of 14 Madera Circle in Nashua, was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Suboxone, felony, one count of Driving with a Suspended License, misdemeanor, and one count of Driving with a Suspended Registration, misdemeanor. Mulhare was held on $7,500 cash or surety bail. Katlyn Saucier, age 21, of 121 Wason Rd, Hudson, NH, was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Trazadone, Misdemeanor. Saucier was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail. Andrew Larose, age 25, of 93 Page Rd Apt B in Litchfield, NH, was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Crack Cocaine, felony, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug-Oxycodone, felony. Larose was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail. These arrests came at the conclusion of investigations into the distribution of illegal drugs in Nashua and were made possible through funding provided by the Granite Hammer program.
