Group Exercise Class Description
Barre Connect: Connect the components of Ballet & Dance Technique, Yoga Postures, Functional Strength Exercises, and
Cardiovascular Training to create a FUN, total body workout.
Beginner Cycling: The indoor cycling class is for the active older adult or beginners to help improve your cardiovascular endurance.
Cycling: This indoor cycling class enhances cardiovascular fitness and improves muscle tone and exercise endurance. This class works
various muscle groups, including quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and abdominal muscles.
Cycle Strong & Core: Combine the fat melting benefits of indoor cycling with muscle toning rewards of resistance exercises.
HIIT: High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense
anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
Hip Hop Dance: This class will offer 30 minutes of current line dances and 30 minutes of hip hop dances to modern and fun songs.
Burn off those calories without even knowing it!
Metabolic Circuit Training: Perform full-body exercises at high intensities to maximize positive changes in metabolism and body
composition. Enjoy fast-paced, challenging, athletic, and fun circuits while targeting your entire body from the inside-out! Each session
will offer a different challenge with a variety of exercises, equipment, movements, and interval ratios. Be prepared to meet a more
athletic and fit YOU!
Moving Meditation: The goal of this class is to reduce the stress of daily living by teaching the basics of good posture, breath control
and positive thinking combined with movement to encourage strength, flexibility and balance.
Pilates Mat: Research proves Pilates is the best way to develop core muscle strength and improve back problems. Join us as we work
to increase your core strength and definition. No shoes necessary. Bring a mat if you have one.
Pop Pilates: POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free work out that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing
else can.
Pound: Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an
incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that
combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
Power Yoga: Come join us for this high intensity, low impact vinyasa-style yoga class. We will use vinyasa flows to sweat, burn &
sculpt your body. This class is vigorous, yet low impact and strength building. You will walk away worked, sweaty and feeling great.
SilverSneakers BOOM Mind: Focus on improving balance and flexibility in this class inspired by yoga and Pilates. Practice mindful
breathing and engage your core in a calming yet invigorating workout.
SilverSneakers BOOM Muscle: Muscle incorporates athletic based moves that improve upper body conditioning. Members will see
many muscle conditioning blocks at all different levels for a member to choose what works best for them. The focus of this class is on
toning muscles and building overall body strength.
SilverSneakers Circuit: Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit
workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact
aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
SilverSneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range
of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A
chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers Yoga: Yoga stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair
support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative
breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Step Aerobics: The 90’s knew what they were doing when they introduced Step Aerobics. Get an aerobic workout while dancing to
great music and incorporating the step for an extra challenge.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi can help a range of disorders including anxiety, arthritis, fatigue, joint stiffness, and stress and menopause symptoms.
Tai Chi can improve posture, flexibility and strength. People of all ages and fitness levels can practice Tai Chi and gain health benefits.
Total Body Conditioning: A high-intensity class designed to increase overall muscle endurance and strength using free weights and
body weight. This class combines a perfect learning environment for beginners, as well as a challenging workout for other fitness levels.
This hour class will have you sweating, no cardio needed!
Y-Fit: Y-fit is a high intensity class designed to work your muscles and get your heart pumping. We will incorporate the latest and
greatest in training styles including intervals, cardio, strength training and more. This is a group focused class. Cheering for you
partners and teammates is highly encouraged!
Yoga: Always wanted to try yoga? This is your class! We will cover the basics of yoga practice to improve our flexibility, strength, range
of movement, stress levels, and overall well-being. You will leave feeling happier!
