WHAT IT IS:
Equilizer is a unique and versatile horse product that can be fed as the sole feed, or in conjunction with other Purina
Horse Feeds as a supplement. This heavily fortified pellet is an economical way to significantly elevate mineral (both
micro and macro) and vitamin levels without adding excess protein or calories.
Equilizer is a complete supplement in the true sense of the word. When Equilizer is fed in conjunction with hay, it
provides and balances all macro and micro-minerals and vitamins horses need to achieve optimum health and
performance.
Equilizer has been formulated to compliment other Purina Horse Feeds and provide the optimum minerals and vitamins
for pregnant mares and for growing horses susceptible to, or exhibiting signs of Developmental Orthopedic Disease
(DOD).

FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Feed Equilizer as the sole ration according to the following table, to easy keeping horses to provide minerals and
vitamins without adding excess calories or proteins. Feed in conjunction with hay and water. Provide salt free-choice.

Equilizer may be fed as a top dress in conjunction with a Purina feed for growing, maintenance and performance
horses that are not being fed the recommended amount of a Purina horse Feed. Typical feeding rate is 0.20 - 0.65
kg/day or provide 0.2 kg of Equilizer for every kilogram below the recommended amount of your other Purina Horse
Feed.
Equilizer is also an ideal top dress for mares in late gestation.
