GrECo JLT takes the lead in Serbia
Merger of the 3 insurance brokers GrECo JLT, Auctor Sollers and Interrisk
The Austrian market leader in risk and insurance management is the new number 1 on the Serbian
insurance market. The GrECo JLT Group is present in 15 markets of CESEE and since 2003 also in Serbia.
These days, the presence in Serbia – one of the most important markets in the region – was increased
by a merger.
GrECo JLT has acquired the two local brokers Auctor Sollers and Interisk and will incorporate them into
their Serbian company. The three renowned brokers combine their expertise and presence on the
market and will become number one insurance broker in Serbia.
The company will be headed by Dušanka Talić, owner and director of Interisk. Furthermore, the two
owners of Auctor Sollers will support GrECo JLT Serbia as partners. „This is a great opportunity for our
three companies. I am very happy to pool my long-standing local market experience with the
international know how of GrECo JLT.”, comments Dušanka Talić.
Dusanka has 8 years experience in the insurance industry, before that she was working for international
companies in different functions. In 2010 she founded Interrisk and developed it to one of the top
insurance broking companies in Serbia.
