Northern Marianas College Board Operations: Attendance at Meetings, Institutions, Conventions Policy No:1020 Attendance at meetings directly or indirectly related to education or school matters shall be encouraged for the values they have to the College and the professional growth of Board members. The President shall be notified of all such meetings to be attended by the Board. Members of the Board may be reimbursed for all legal expenses incurred in attending any meetings or in making any trips on official business of the College when so authorized in advance by the Board or the President. Appropriate receipts are to be submitted to the President along with a claim for payment. Adopted: September 2003 Amended:
