Kluj A. Dnepropetrovsk National University of Oles Gonchar, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine POLITICAL VALUES IN THE PROCESS OF STUDENTS’ EDUCATION. The problem of the political values in the process of the student’s education in modern university is researched. The attention is paid to the pedagogical principals of the education in the frame of the political-values system. The possibility of the creation of the purposeful valuation education model in the frame of the state educational strategy is considered. The main problems of the valuation education in modern Ukrainian educational system researched as a problem of the national and patriotism values education, as a special process, which has different centers of consequence influence from the side of the state and from the side of the society. The students are viewed as the social group, which is susceptible for the consequence influence and is the basis for the political and cultural elite. The linguistic methods of the values research is considered in the article as a instrument of the diagnostic of the valuation education. The specific of the political values structure in modern Ukraine is the need to provide the national and patriotic values in the youth period of political socialization. The priority of national values in the state educational strategy is caused the political and cultural situation in modern Ukraine. The results of the researches of the Ukrainian political consequence show that the national culture and patriotism is on the peripheries of the values structure. The model of possible values education in the frame of the university is considered in the article. The pedagogic principals of the valuation education are reviewed as a part of this model. "Values - generalized thought of people about the objectives and rules of their conduct embodying historical experience and express the meaning of culture concentrated separate nation and all humanity" [1]. Compared with other components of political consciousness, such as political attitudes, orientation, etc., political values are seen as more fundamental mental formation, "abstract ideals ... not associated with a specific object or situation as a kind of idea rights of the ideal behaviors and ideal final goal" [2]. At the same time, studies of political values prove that they have a significant influence on the formation of political attitudes and orientations regarding policies, in particular, noted the dependence of political orientation on a "materialistic" or "post materialist" values is a person [3]. To part values is capable only the person and exceptionally cooperation and fight against other people. We can say that this competition for emerging values and policies that conflict becomes a field value systems and their coexistence within political structures. Political values exist in the form of ideas, principles, goals (such as humanism, justice, democracy, freedom, order), which can theoretically be decorated in varying degrees. In the political ideology reflects a hierarchy of political values characteristic of the socio-political system. Values can be viewed as bipolar category that corresponds to each value antytsinnist; in the space of political discourse is always a struggle of antagonistic values [5]. In the process of education is the formation of certain linguistic patterns of conventional building political judgment characteristic of national culture. Thus, the interpretation of "freedom" the Russians will mostly mean "will", the ability to be master of own self, while the Western interpretation of freedom differs significantly from that understanding means more and exercise of rights and the availability of certain political institutions that guarantee them [6]. According to the latest research findings political consciousness of Ukrainian youth "are important for structuring the spiritual world of the individual factors as national culture, art, religion occupied a high rank in the hierarchy of pressing youth issues" [8, p. 110]. But psychologists proved that underdevelopment core values of the individual leads to increased assimilation of the ideas and priorities of experiencing in a particular social environment. That is, a person who has a certain stable value system tends to be subjected to external influence and becomes the object of plantation property or a spontaneous formation based on individual daily activity. Known fact is that young people are much more exposed to the consciousness as a young man is slowly stages of political socialization and, as a rule, at a young age is the formation of the individual hierarchy of values. Furthermore, "every individual action with a weak will of his actions, determined individual character, is minimal, while the part is determined by external circumstances, it turns out maximum" [9, p. 100]. Controversial is the question of whether the intervention of political ideology any direction in the educational process. But can not deny the fact that the students always exerted influence, as in any other social group. The mechanism of this effect on political consciousness. There are three components of social consciousness, which aims manipulative influence in politics: 1) reflexive component (informative way characterizes consciousness and includes the knowledge of the human world and its perception of it); 2) estimated-value components (assessment and man's relationship to the surrounding world as a whole and its individual events including component values to the consciousness of the individual, social group and society in general); 3) practical component (describing man's relationship to the world, as reflected in its concrete actions against him) [12, c. 132]. In other words, the impact on the system of values of political consciousness is an actual problem massive impact of technology and the manipulation of consciousness, and therefore can not be left to state the share of natural processes. Besides, we should not forget that the universal interest of any government - is always expanding the scope of regulation to the limits of the possible. Through a system of ideological influence on man is made the overcome of alienation from the political system, embedded in its social and political norms [13]. Russian researchers formulated the political values of students pedagogical principles of student education within a certain value paradigm [15]: 1) formation of political values of those who taught depends on the shift from traditional examination of university students as the object of a future specialist as a creator of culture values; 2) successful development of the political values of university students due to the complex development of values and moral activity-relationships; 3) the dynamics of the system of political values of students depends on understanding the meaning and importance of political values as a means of forming their capacity adequate perception of the political processes of psychological adjustment on the methods and ways of politics; 4) Updating potential development of future specialists of political values associated with the transition from the perception of political values to a culture of moral relations and spiritual wealth [15, p. 117]. Based pedagogical principles may develop a structural and functional model realization value education that takes into account your specific teaching methods and axiological content that is the basis of educational activities. So, in this article we staged a problem of values education of students is defined and some approaches to its solution. The most important conclusions that can be formulated as a result of this study are the following. Student young people being exposed to the consciousness, is the social group, which is the social base for recruitment of the political elite and the national cultural intelligentsia, which bears the function of generating basic ideological concepts, even within civil society. Since the value vacuum, lack of participation in the formation of national and patriotic consciousness can have negative effects on the socio-psychological climate in the country, the process of values education of youth, particularly through the classical university should occupy a prominent position in public education strategy.
