42nd Annual Ophthalmology Review Course March 4–8, 2017 Sign in Procedures Please provide a photo I.D. when you sign in. You will be asked to initial next to your name, verify your email address and circle how you want your CME certificate sent to you. There will be a separate sign-in station for residents from Drexel, PCOM, Scheie Eye Institute, Temple, and Wills Eye Hospital. Registration will be held in the Ballroom Foyer at the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel on Saturday, March 4 beginning at 6:30 am. The registration desk will be open all day/everyday throughout the course. The syllabus and other materials will be distributed at registration time and is not available prior to the course. You will receive an I.D. badge which must be displayed at all times and will be checked by the staff. Individuals who are not wearing badges will be asked to leave the course. CME Credits The Wills Eye Hospital is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Wills Eye Hospital designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 47 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. To receive credit, you must sign-in daily. General Course Information The course begins at 8 am on Saturday, March 4 and ends on Wednesday, March 8 at 5 pm. The course will be held in the Grand Ballroom (1st floor at the Sheraton). The meeting room will open one hour before meeting begins. Please do not reserve seats. Take only one seat for yourself. Turn all pagers, cell phones, and beepers off or set to vibrating mode. RECORDING DEVICES ARE NOT PERMITTED The tuition fee includes course syllabus, daily continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks. One syllabus will be issued to each registrant. Write you name inside the book. Additional copies are not available for purchase. You will also receive a flashdrive with the same notes as the syllabus as well as additional retina and ocular pathology slides. Your course identification badge will admit you to the course as well as breakfast and lunch. Breakfast will be served in the Ballroom Foyer while lunch will be held in the Hamilton Room. Wear your id badge at all times during the course. Badges will be checked before entering the meeting room and throughout the day. No one will be permitted without a course badge. Evaluation In an effort to be more environmentally friendly we will be using an online evaluation. Near the end of each day you will receive an email with a link to the day’s evaluation. Please complete and submit. The Overall Conference evaluation will be included with the Wednesday daily evaluation. For quick check-out on Wednesday, use the video check-out available by TV in your room. Your luggage can be stored with the Bell Captain (gratuities are appreciated). The Bell Captain will make available additional taxis and limousines at the end of the course for transportation to the airport and train station. The airport is 11 miles from the hotel; 30th Street train station (Amtrak) is 2 miles from the hotel.
