Application for American Institutions Credit for Semester Conversion GE Overlay - American Institutions This application must be submitted as an attachment to the GE Course Approval Request in Curriculog in order for the course to be considered for GE credit. 1. Contemporary relationships of state and local government with the federal government, the resolution of conflicts and the establishment of cooperative processes under the constitutions of both the state and nation, and the political processes involved. 2a.
