Dana went down 7 #s on her BMI, down 5% Body Fat, and 26.5 pounds of just fat. Her total weight loss is 45.5 pounds. Dana now has a healthy BMI and weight but still comes to SOGA CMWL every 2-3 weeks to stay on track. How she did it: Dana has followed the SOGA Center for Medical Weight Loss Modified Program for over a year. Dana exercises regularly, keeps track of her calories online and makes sure on Sundays she is prepared for the week with her healthy snacks and meals. Through this journey Dana has traveled to all of her daughters’ college volleyball games and made sure to still keep her social life the same while on the plan.
