(using the Sumerian information we learned….try making your own examples… ex. the fringed karnake of the Sumerian costume was one example that shows how they had social structure = sociology. OR ex. when the population started to increase and the food supply could not keep up with the growth, the Sumerians moved south out of the hills to find additional farm land = change.) Understand Sumerian religious ideals: - major gods (polytheism) - relationship with the gods (ex. to serve them, gave them ideas and laws etc.) - the afterlife
