She let out a blood-curdling wail.

PERSEUS SWUNG HIS MIGHTY SWORD
AND CUT OFF MEDUSA’S HEAD.

the misery and death
you’ve caused.
Murderer!
Nooo!
Perseus quickly picked up
Medusa’s head and put it
in his bag.

Medusa’s sisters ran after
Perseus. Luckily, he had the
helmet of invisibility.
Invisible Perseus sneaked out of the cave.

let him escape!
Perseus had completed his task.
He was tired and ready to go home.
Perseus arrived home after many
days. But no one was there.
