Overview
The AUTO CLAMPER standardizes clamping mechanism to mitigate the burden and save the time and effort
of a complicated design.
If operating area is narrow, auto-clamper is able to clamp because clamp arm moves forward at 9mm and
descends at 8mm. It can choose both hydraulic and pneumatic unites the operating use.
Feature
It is the baby type which made inclusion easy in JIG.
It is the clamp arm which can perform attachment and removal of an work easily.
There is no trouble for simple structure.
When using it by pneumatic, it can use as clamp equipment for easy work.
The power of bolting can raise sharply by using an optional RUSH BOOSTER.
It is also with a switch.

Operation fluid flows into port(1) and the clamp
arm is retreating.

Air pressure (MPa)
CMW-1,2 are the same as CM-1,2.
If operation fluid flows into port(2), an arm will move
forward in pin(1) and will move onto a work.
Clamp
If operation fluid flows into further port(2), it will circle
focusing on pin(2), a tip will descend, and an arm will
clamp a work. If operation fluid is passed to port(1), it will
return to the position which progresses to 2-1 and is
begun.
